We welcome back the English violinist/conductor John Georgiadis to lead us in the now-traditional New Year celebration of music from the Viennese Waltz King, Johann Strauss II, and others. Join in the festivities with such all-time-favourites as the Blue Danube, the Emperor Waltz and the Radetzky March, while among the rarities, Romanian composer Iosif Ivanovici provides some distinctly oriental colour.

It was sooooo cool!If im not mistaken there were 2 or 3 pieces for the encore! And we kept clapping and clapping. Hahaha..Currently hunting for all the music played at the concert, and hopefully if I find any of the CD recordings he did as a conductor I'm so gonna buy 'em. A lot tho as i found out online...hahaha...Once in a lifetime experience I guess...=)
